Perched high on the ridge with wall-to-wall windows framing the evergreens (yes, the red fox really do wander through), this bright studio sits right in the heart of Winter Park. You're just a mile from the ski resort and steps from Cooper Creek and its shops, coffee, live music, and w**e.

Inside and out you'll find a sunny rooftop deck with a fire pit, a cozy living space with a flexible Murphy bed, a full kitchen, and a comfy king bed with mountain views. Meet Lou — one of the rescue dogs supported through the Happy Paws mission. After being found scared, starving, and alone in rural Oklahoma, Lou is now safe, gaining strength, and receiving the care he needs, including treatment for heartworm disease.

Through every pet-friendly stay, YBR Homes+ helps give back locally. To date, guest stays and donations have helped 33 rescue dogs and contributed $3,413 toward rescue support through June 2026.
