We have a window of availability at The St. Regis Suites in our largest rental- a gracious 1400+ sq ft, beautifully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. It features 6' soaker tubs for after skiing, in-unit laundry, and a well-appointed kitchen.

We're less than 10 minutes from ski paradise. You won't want to leave! Why not buy a season pass and come stay with us all winter.

As a reminder we require skis and snowshoes on our trails during the winter months with the addition of a trail pass. If you’d rather purchase a day pass, they are available at our front desk daily. If you need skis or snowshoes, we have them available to rent from our lodge. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Thank you for the overwhelming response to our post about short notice vacancies. Referrals are the greatest compliment. Our rates vary based on the duration of stay, the size of the suite, and time of year. On average, our guests are with us for a period of 3 months. We're working to get quotes out to all of those who've expressed interest. It's a privilege to be part of welcoming interim and permanent residents to our community. Thank you for trusting us to provide your friends, family, and colleagues a place to call their home for now.

This is rare! Due to two cancellations at the St. Regis Suites, we have an immediate opening for a 1 bedroom suite and another opening for a studio that becomes available on May 17th. Stays for a period or weeks or months are welcome. All suites are fully furnished with equipped kitchens. Rents are all inclusive. Please inquire to [email protected]

Great news for our guests and residents. We're happy to have the Brighton Mini Mart back open!

The Brighton Mini Mart is open once again, and one of the new co-owners, Jon Waldrop, said he’s excited to be running the store he shopped at when he was a student at Paul Smith’s College.
