The safety of our guests is our primary concern during this crisis. Here are a few of the steps we're taking in order to safeguard your health:
- Installed barriers to maintain appropriate distance during transactions.
- Installed a hand sanitizing station at check-in desk.
- Front desk area is cleaned and sanitized after every transaction.
- All hotel representatives and cleaning staff are wearing appropriate PPE, when available.
- Hotel cleaning staff kept to a minimum in order to limit interaction with guests.
- Cash transactions are discouraged, while still accepted.
- For guests staying multiple nights, toiletries and clean towels will be delivered on a daily basis in place of daily cleaning. Daily service is still available, upon request.
- Whenever possible, rooms are left vacant for several days between reservations.
- Floor and room availability regularly rotated to help minimize possible exposure.
- We will only be serving pre-packaged breakfast items.
- Drop-off station for room keys at the front desk. Keys are sanitized overnight before reuse.
- All public places are closed until further notice, including the fitness center, pool and lobby lounge areas.
