Hey friends! Observation K**b Park, operated by Sullivan County Government in Bristol, TN, is hiring a part-time maintenance technician! This role offers 25 to 35 hours per week and upto 40 during holiday weekends, mostly daytime hours, with occasional weekends. You must be able to lift, stand, and bend while lifting up to 50 pounds at times. The job could include operating a zero-turn mower,tractor, painting, using hand tools, saws, measuring tape—basically all the essential maintenance tasks. Must have basic general knowledge of repairing PVC water line and changing out RV outlets and breakers as needed. Plus, we’re offering a discounted campsite as part of the compensation! Looking for the perfect way to spend a beautiful day outdoors? Gather the family and head to Observation K**b Park for a relaxing lakeside adventure! Whether you're soaking up the sunshine, enjoying the swim area, casting a fishing line, or simply taking in the scenic views, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Please note that water levels are currently lower than normal, which is affecting lakes throughout the region.

Pack your sunscreen, bring your lawn chairs, and make some unforgettable summer memories with us at Observation K**b Park! We can't wait to see you by the water. ☀️🏖️🐟
Park Entry: $3 per car. SWEET SOUTHERN SNOBALLS will be setup around 1pm at the swim point. We welcome boaters as well just use caution when approaching.
