After 40 years in carpentry we have retired and the Knothole has evolved into custom log furniture, handmade gifts and a line of beautiful cremation boxes. All the wood used in our projects is locally grown and milled by us right here. We usually have an inventory of smaller items on hand or can be seen at local Craft shows or we'll be glad to custom make something for you. Log Benches and furnitu

No matter where a tree grows - forest, windbreak or a yard in the country or in town, it's cleaning the air, providing shade and growing wood. The best life for a tree is upright green and growing. When it must come down, give it a second life as a forest product. This tree came down in Geneva on the old hospital block, one of the logs' journey is highlighted here. There are several mills in Nebraska that can help mill your logs.
