Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation

November 21-22

BALOO provides a hands-on learning experience designed to give leaders the skills they need to plan and conduct Cub Scout Pack overnight camping. This meets the BSA requirement to have at least one BALOO trained Cub Leader for a Pack to participate in an overnight outing.

BALOO Training is made up of two parts: an online course available on My.Scouting.org, and an in-person, hands-on course. You must complete both parts to qualify as a trained outdoor Cub Scout leader. Please complete the online portion before arriving.

Thanks, Coastal Georgia STEM & Conservation.

Check out the FB Page for more information on Earth Tribe.

Scouts at Camp Tolochee will get a closer look at the ground-level measurements behind sea-level research thanks to a new sensor installed at the camp last week.
