Have you ever been curious about 🌾 Milo Farm Share Circle 🌾? Here is a little information about what we the experience is like...
A space to be heard, to listen, and to belong
At Milo Farm, share circles are a core part of how we build community. Rooted in ancient Indigenous traditions, circling is a way of coming together in honesty, presence, and care.
If you’ve never been to a share circle before, here’s what to expect:
🌀 What It Is
A facilitated, intentional circle where participants take turns sharing from the heart. The purpose is simple and powerful: to hear and be heard, and to feel part of the collective.
🪑 The Space
We sit in a circle — on chairs or the floor — with everyone included. There are no observers and no pressure to perform. Late arrivals are gently welcomed and oriented.
🗣 Sharing
• Everyone is invited to share, but no one is required
• You may pass at any time
• Only one person speaks at a time
• We speak from the “I,” sharing our own lived experience
• There is no advice, fixing, or feedback
🤍 Listening & Safety
• What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle
• We listen with compassion and without interruption
• This is a kind, inclusive, trauma-informed space
• Emotional depth is welcome, and so is silence
🌱 The Flow
The circle opens with grounding or meditation, followed by at least two rounds of sharing, time to stretch or breathe, and a clear closing. Circles are never longer than two hours.
✨ You Belong Here
You do not need to have the “right” words. You do not need to share anything heavy. You only need to arrive as you are.
If you’re longing for connection, reflection, or simply a place to sit in community — we’d love to hold space with you.
