Soooooo I did something. Who would be interested in an AFFORDABLE REM Pod? Not all the bells and whistles of the original, but it does exactly what it's made for, detection. On/off switch and a 9 volt battery.

On the net you're looking at $150 to $200+. If you're interested let me know what you think it's worth, including shipping. Keep in mind I have all the materials. It takes about 60 to 90 minutes to make. I can also customize the LED light to just about any color. More pictures in the comments.

There are no private investigations left available this year. There is a public 6 hour investigation. It runs from 12 am - 6 am. To make it private, we need to sell 50 tickets @ $75 a person. (June, July, August , weekends)
So the question is, how many of the GPI family are willing to do a public investigation, or can we get 48 individuals, we are obviously 2 tickets?

We are currently updating our equipment for the year. The new SBox 2 spirit box we acquired has impressed us. It comes with AM/FM, forward and reverse sweep, and can hold a 32gb mini SD for 5 hours of internal storage. Guess where GPI was this weekend? We had the chance to tour and investigate the whole museum. The world's most haunted things, the Dybbuk box, to murderers ashes, to Dr. Deaths van itself. We were allowed to take 10 pics, and use our new ITC device the SBox 2 and voice recorder. Once I get a few days off to go over everything I will post what we find either here or YouTube.

WAVERLY HILLS SANATORIUM 2026....I was just there a week ago.....Lets make this happen in 2026...its gonna be alil over a $100 a person. Not counting your travel, food and lodging, thats strictly the over night investigation and my time and equipment. I have a hotel thats literally minutes from Waverly, I can probably get a multi room discount in if we have enough people...Give me a heads up, a real heads up if your interested. I will need a minimum of 10 people, no one under the age of 18 please, to many legal hoops to jump through. You will be in the most haunted place in America over night....

WAVERLY HILL ASYLUM 2026, whos wanting and always been dreaming of this building? GPI is in contact with Waverly, and is thinking about putting a overnight investigation for 2026. If you're interested let us know. We are also looking at a couple locations in Indiana. We will be back in full force in 2026. Soooo send me a message that you're interested in Waverly Hills, we get enough i will see about getting a one or two night Investigation. It is with deep sadness that we have to announce the GPI will not be going to Indiana this year. One of our team members has had a really bad accident and is unable to travel for about a year. WE will be going to at least do the Asylum. But it is looking more like in 2022. Family comes first over any job, so once we are all healthy again, we will be back at it.

Ok y'all, we talked to our Indiana connection and we are going to see how they ( state of Indiana on social gathering) treat march madness. If it looks like we are good to go...tickets will go up for sale on the locations website, along with local and social media advertising.....we will be interviewed by the local, tv, newspaper and radio. It will be a all week thing for us....fingers crossed for Indiana.
