Cadiz Motel

Cadiz Motel Local family owned and operated. Under new management since 2012 and located directly outside the Cadiz city limits on State Route 250 east.

Rules and Regulations:

-Absolutely NO cooking in rooms. This means no hot plates, grills, toasters, toaster ovens, electric skillets, crock pots, or any other cooking equipment.

-Microwave use only is permitted.

-No grilling under motel overhang. Grilling is only permitted in yard or picnic area. (Above regulations issued by the State of Ohio Fire Marshal.)

-No more than 2 ADULTS per room. Max

imum occupancy of 4 (includes children under age of 18).

-We require a 24 hour cancellation notice or your credit card will be charged for one night.

-NO transferring of paid days to another individual.

-If cancellation of a room is made before your stay is up, NO REFUNDS will be given.

-ALL rooms are NON-SMOKING. There will be an extra $100.00 charge if it has been determined that you have been smoking in your room.

-NO pets allowed.

-NO air mattress's allowed.

-Please DO NOT move furniture.

-There will be an extra $25.00 a day room charge for extremely dirty/muddy rooms.
