A group of 14 "quilters'--aged 9 to 76-- from the LaCrosse area arrived on Monday for their 'Sew West You Go' retreat. They have shopped (and shopped and shopped) all over the are AND visited the notable 'Dignity of Earth and Sky' sculpture near Chamberlain.

One of the highlights of their stay is the 'Tuffet Workshop', taught by instructors Mary and Donna.

W***y Wonka Tuesday was so much fun! Two new peeps and two new crafts! Kellie worked on wool needle punching and finished a little pig. Joanne, one of the newbies, worked on wool rug hooking. It was fun AND inspiring to see their projects. "Newby", Donna worked on a "mitten" project I am very familiar with...might be just the nudge to finish mine! ðŸĪŠ Our lunch of cheeseburger soup and beer bread was yummy, too. Enjoy the pics and think about joining us in April....April 14.
