I always speak about the sights and sounds of nature at Rustic Ridge B&B that is a part of everyday living for your enjoyment as a guest here. We have so many little characters other than our own animals that show up and make their appearance. You may hear the cooing of doves, the hooting of owls, gobbles of wild turkeys, the chirping of birds in the trees, meadows and even a whippoorwill in the distance. I am in awe everyday watching the deer graze, squirrels jumping from tree to tree, birds splashing in the birdbaths, the geese and ducks either napping, swimming or just constantly nibbling on grass, corn or bugs around the property and let's not forget the roadrunners dashing across the lawn after his lunch. The fish and turtles show their faces when it is feeding time. Our little duck has a big pond to bath in but makes me giggle because he insists on his daily bath being in the water trough. It is just so much fun to sit and watch the daily routine of nature's own.
