Tonight, our hearts are full of gratitude. The Hungate and Western wildfire was a frightening sight, but our first responders showed unbelievable strength and determination to protect our homes and our people.

To every firefighter, officer, EMT, and volunteer who ran toward danger to protect our community; thank you for your courage. Canyon stands together because of you.

Our hearts are with our Canyon community following the devastating fires and evacuations last night. We are especially grateful for the first responders, firefighters, law enforcement, emergency crews, and neighbors who stepped in to protect lives and property during an incredibly difficult night.
