Unsere Villa ist vom 14.-27.12.25 noch frei.
Eine Woche vom 20.-27.12.25 inklusive Boot, Steuern und Cleaning für 4 Personen nur 2.899€. Jede weitere dazu gebuchte Nacht ab 14.12. kostet 120€. Hinzu kommen noch der Strom nach Verbrauch und die Bootseinweisung durch unseren Kapitän.

Unsere Villa liegt zentral in Cape Coral direkt am Kanal mit schöner Aussicht in Westausrichtung, romantische Sonnenuntergänge garantiert!😎Sie hat 3 SZ, alle Kingsize, 2 Bäder + einen großen Pool. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 2 Min. entfernt.
