 I wanted to provide a quick update regarding this weekend. My back is feeling a little better, but I will not be operating at full capacity. If there are empty tables, that is the reason why. I won’t be rebooking any tables because of my current physical condition . My back is better but I’m not going to push myself to the limit. Which I do a lot lol !!

I will be at work and will do the best I can. I hope you all understand.

I wanna give a huge shout out to my staff for helping me every step of the way and to Joe for taking on more roles in the kitchen just so I can be there and not let anyone down.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to reach out and let you all know that I am doing okay. Last night, less than 15 minutes into service, I suffered a back injury that left me unable to stand or cook , and I had to drive myself to the hospital. Yes I drove myself to the hospital lol

I want to thank my amazing team and My Joe for ensuring that Primal remained open and that service continued in my absence. Super proud of everyone.

Unfortunately, I am still in pain today . However, I will be at work for my shift to ensure operations run smoothly , not let our staff down and prevent anyone from getting mad at us lol that we could not open tonight .
