I have NEVER required guests to do chores! Loading the dishwasher and taking out the trash have always been requests, and 99% of our guests happily do both.

I’ve stayed at Airbnbs with a long list of required chores, and honestly, it’s off-putting and exhausting. Guests shouldn’t have to worry about basics like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, trash bags, dishwasher pods, coffee, and coffee essentials. And they damn sure shouldn’t have to clean the entire place before the cleaning crew arrives!

All FIVE of our properties rank among the TOP for a reason. We’ve created beautiful spaces in amazing destinations, and we ALWAYS put our guests FIRST!

That’s 39 families, couples, and groups of friends who trusted us to be a small part of their story. 39 groups who packed their bags, traveled by car and plane, and chose one of our Shacks to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, family vacations, girls’ trips, and much-needed getaways.
