Since 1927, the Carmel Green Lantern Inn has offered cozily furnished rooms for visitors in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Walk to the beach, stay for the peace 🏝️

Enjoy a sumptuous buffet breakfast featuring waffles, casseroles, gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, and much more in either our fireside dining room, or in the lush gardens surrounding the property. We also serve light refreshments in the afternoon. All rooms have private entrances, TV with DVD and VHS players, telephone, refrigerator, and wireless Internet access. The beautiful Carmel Beach is a mere four blocks away and restaurants and shopping on Ocean Avenue is just a block away.

Carmel turns 110 this Friday, October 30, and the town is throwing a birthday parade! Floats, performers, and Halloween fun downtown, with the parade starting around 4 PM.
