Why did we decide to invest in Carolina Beach after becoming empty nesters and after 50?

Because now we get to vacation here too. šŸŒŠā˜€ļø

What started as an Airbnb side hustle has become one of our favorite places to slow down, watch the sunrise, grab dinner by the water, and make memories with our family.

These clips are just random moments from my camera roll, but theyā€™re a reminder of why we took the leap in the first place.

Sometimes the best investment isnā€™t just the propertyā€¦ itā€™s the life you get to build around it.

When Will and I decided to open vacation rentals, we wanted to design places where our guests remembed how a place made them feel more than they remember the square footage.

Thatā€™s always been our goal.

Not just a place to sleep, but a place where you drink your coffee a little slower, watch one more sunset or sunrise (my personal fav),stay in the hot tub a little longer, or make memories youā€™ll talk about long after you get home.

Those are the kinds of stays we hope to create. šŸŒ…
