Sunrise Yoga at without leaving home! Imagine the convenience and cool factor for your residents. We partnered with ZRS Management for this awesome onsite fitness class at the new Hazel by the Galleria apartments in Dallas TX. The residents loved it! We can't wait to do it again next month:)

Who knew that I'd love Yoga? Especially the way I used to avoid it. I was always a "Go" person when it came to exercise. Yes, I may stretch a little after some of my workouts. My back started to let me know that what I was doing wasn't enough. Anybody that shares this experience with me knows that it can be crippling. My fitness journey has been long and full of lessons. With one the principles being that. You CAN teach an old dog new tricks. In this case a properly motivated dog can be an excellent student. lol.

Now I get to teach other's 🙌 Now would you look at that?! ;)
