McAlvey Property Services began as a family idea of our kids being self-employed while they were in high school. This past spring, our youngest graduated from high school and has joined his older siblings with a busy life of ministry, education, and employment.

This means that our tent rental business has run its course, and so, it is for sale. Our goal is to sell this business to someone in the Carson City areas so that this type of service might still be available to our community. Until we sell, we will continue to attempt to provide services to our community within a limited schedule.

We are selling the business as a whole. We are not interested in selling it by the piece, and we do not need help selling this. It can sell itself. Any interested buyers may contact me to get an inventory list of what is for sale and a price.

Thank you for allowing us to serve our community through this business. We have thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many people and helping make their open house, reunion, church event, farm event, and- even the comfort of grieving at a memorial- happen.

We hope you all are gearing up for a great summer! God is good to bring the warm weather back as He does every year. Our June schedule is full for the most part, but feel free to check with us if you have something happening. We have openings for early to mid July and mid to late August. Let us know if we can help with your open house, family reunion, or get together!

Our first event of the year is upon us this week as we help Valley Irrigation show their appreciation for their customers! Are you thinking about an open house or family reunion this summer? Give us a call or an email sooner than later. June is starting to get filled up and it won't be long before the rest of the summer will be as well!

Just last week, we wrapped up another season of tent, table, and chair rental. God was good to us as He always is, and we are grateful to serve our community in such a way.

As one season closes, we are amazed that almost half of our June 2023 weekends are already full. We again see the trend that June is a busy month. If you are thinking of having us help you with an event in June, we would encourage you to reserve soon. While many of our weekends of this past summer were not filled until late spring, many events were filled by winter

Enjoy this beautiful fall, and we wish you all the best as we head into Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We hope you are staying warm and healthy during the cold winter season. Think warm thoughts by planning your open house, reunion, or family get together now. Our June weekends are almost full, and we are getting calls on other spring and summer months as well. Warm weather is coming, and so is your event. Get ready this week! Take care!

As Christmas approaches, we have many things we'd like to share with you:
1- The gift of love and life from God to us in the birth of His Son Jesus Christ. He is truly the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and all who surrender their lives over to Him have the greatest gift ever given!
2- A great first year of serving our community as we helped 32 events happen where friends and family joined together to celebrate and share with each other.
3- Our calendar for 2022. As we followed Jesus Christ in this business adventure and served those 32 events this past year, we are blessed that we survived! We made it, and we are planning for another great year in 2022. We have determined that because this is a side business for every member of our family, we are going to have to trim our calendar and the number of events that we are reasonably able to do. That said, we will be offering services Mother's Day weekend through Labor Day, and have very limited availability after Labor Day. Already, our month of June is almost full, so if you are planning an event, its not too early to reserve the tents, tables, and chairs you need. Feel free to give us a call, and we'll do best to make room to serve you.

Our first season of business has come to a close. We are very grateful for the opportunities to serve our community, and we have been blessed by the number of new friendships we have made with the folks in our community. Have a wonderful fall and winter and we will see you in May!

We trust that everyone had a safe and patriotic Independence Day. Our thanks goes out to the men and women who have served- as well as those who do serve- to protect our freedoms with which God has blessed us. Enjoy the rest of summer! It's going fast. We have a few openings in August for those "end of summer" events, but call soon if you have an event planned. Thanks!

We are getting many inquiries on the month of June. Unfortunately, all our Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in June are booked full. If you have a June event that is Monday- Thursday, contact us and we will do our best to provide. Thank you.
