Gold Medal Manor is designed for comfort, space, and group stays. Located just 10 minutes to LakePoint Sports and walking distance to downtown Cartersville with shopping and restaurants, the location is perfect for both relaxation and activity.

The home features a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking meals together, along with a large dining area for gathering and connecting.

Step outside to enjoy your own private heated pool and hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a day of activities. The property also offers ample parking, making it easy for multiple vehicles or team travel.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including one with a double head shower, one with a large walk-in shower, and one with a tub—perfect for groups and families. A washer and dryer and a fully equipped coffee bar are also provided for your convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk with trundle + twin-over-twin bunk with trundle
