Weāre honored to share that Carversville Inn has been named Best of Philly: Best New Restaurant (Burbs). An accolade we donāt take lightly, and one weāre deeply grateful to receive.
This recognition belongs to so many hands. To Chef Dara, whose beautifully curated menu continues to surprise, comfort, and inspire. To our owners, whose unwavering vision and impeccable eye for design transformed a historic inn into a destination unlike any other. And to our management team and every member of our staff, who show up each shift committed to making the guest experience just a little more memorable than the last.
Hospitality has always been at the heart of this building. To see that commitment recognized is an incredible honor.
On Tuesday, weāll head to Philadelphia to proudly accept the award for Best New Restaurant ā Burbs alongside our owners and management team.
