⛰️ Massive stockpiles: We are separating and storing enormous piles of dirt, gravel, and rock right on the property.
♻️ Net-zero strategy: We are reusing our own excavated gravel for RV pads and road bases, and saving dirt for future landscaping.
💰 Major efficiencies: Favorable soil conditions mean we get to skip the extensive rock cutting! Reusing these materials on-site drastically reduces our construction costs and timelines.

Operating with a near net-zero import strategy is a huge advantage as we transform this raw land into Bastrop County's premier outdoor hospitality destination.
