Renovating this gem of a building in the heart of downtown Celina, Ohio has been one of the most satisfying remodels we've attempted so far! From the beginning, we recognized the incredible potential of this historic structure & set out to breathe new life into its walls. With great care & attention to detail, we restored its original charm while integrating modern elements to create a harmonious blend of old & new.
"The Studio," located at the front of the building, facing Livingston Street, has served as our personal sanctuary—a space where creativity thrived & ideas blossomed. It provided us the perfect setting for online work & photo shoots, however, as our online presence expanded, we've outgrown the space & realized we were not fully maximizing the beauty & versatility of this space. It was then that the idea for "your space. at the Struckman" was born—an opportunity to share this extraordinary location with others, to provide a unique & captivating experience for those seeking an exceptional backdrop for their own creative endeavors.
We've created an inviting & adaptable space that can be easily transformed to suit a variety of purposes, whether it be a cozy workspace, all the family parties, a pop-up boutique or anything else your imagination desires. Whether you're seeking a professional setting for corporate gatherings, workshops, collaborative sessions, or simply a cozy spot to catch up with friends over a cup of coffee, our adaptable space can be tailored to meet your specific needs.
