My 8 year old grandson Ronan heard his parents talking about an elderly homeless woman that his father, a firefighter, had taken to the hospital due to exposure and malnutrition. Minutes later he presented his mother with these signs to put at the end of their driveway. I sent his mom a few dollars to help him get started in his own philanthropy.
I want to be like an 8 year old, believing that people will always respond quickly and kindly if you tell them that someone needs help.
