Property Management Inc. (PMI) has been recognized by Comparent, the leading online platform for vacation rental owners to find and evaluate property management companies, as one of the Top 100 Vacation Rental Management Companies in the United States for 2025. This is a brand-new annual ranking that highlights the 100 largest vacation rental management companies (out of nearly 6,000 total) in the U.S.—a benchmark similar to the Inc. 500 or Fortune 500, but designed specifically for the short-term rental industry.

Inclusion in the Comparent 100 is based solely on verified data and size, ensuring that the ranking cannot be bought or influenced—a true reflection of operational scale and impact across the industry.

“This is a first-ever industry ranking of the 100 largest companies out of thousands,” said Marianne Heder, Executive Director of Short-Term Rentals at PMI. “PMI’s inclusion on the list underscores its continued growth and leadership in the short-term rental sector, cementing its place among the most successful and trusted brands in the STR space.”
