DALLAS × CHARLOTTE | BUILDING MOMENTUM 🏎️

I want to share some updates with you and show you where we stand today and just how much we’ve managed to accomplish in such a short time.
First, I want you guys to think about something..
Many of you joined our club in May and June. That was literally just a few months ago. And now it’s still only October, and we already have an amazing property in Dallas that we’ve purchased and where work is actively underway, as well as another absolutely beautiful property in Charlotte that is currently in the process of being acquired!
Just a few months. From a project at the beginning of the year to results like these!
As you know, when we started this project, our plan was to build each location from scratch. Beautiful properties, great houses, our own tracks, and everything needed to create that special experience we want for our club members.
But the deeper I got into the construction process, talking with engineers, contractors, county officials - and dealing with county officials is the most difficult part of communication… working through permits, land requirements, and all the other details, where even the simplest thing can depend on and be delayed by a single county employee - the more clearly I began to understand one important thing.
Building everything from scratch would mean spending an enormous amount of time on processes that wouldn’t necessarily make the final result any better for our members.
And then I asked myself a simple question: Why spend an extra year or two getting to the same result if we can find a smarter and faster way? Time is important to me!

And that’s exactly what we did.
Instead of buying empty land and spending years developing everything from scratch, we decided to acquire beautiful existing properties with houses, land, and the necessary potential, and focus our time and resources on transforming them into exactly the locations we had envisioned. I’ve already talked about this a little before.
And the results have been incredible!

DALLAS 🏎️
We’ve already purchased an amazing villa with a magnificent property. Honestly, it’s one of those places you need to see with your own eyes to truly appreciate its beauty. Work is already underway, and we’re actively developing the property for our club.

CHARLOTTE 🏎️
We’re now actively preparing to purchase another incredible property in Charlotte. It’s a beautiful, recently built villa with a large property that perfectly fits our concept.
We’re currently conducting all the necessary due diligence before the purchase, including property inspections, as well as reviewing all the legal and technical aspects before closing. We’re working toward completing the acquisition this year.
And Charlotte has another huge advantage: the land here is significantly flatter, which makes planning and building our track much easier!
Now here’s the most interesting part.
By changing our approach, we’ve effectively jumped more than a year ahead compared to our original plan of building from scratch.
We’re talking about work and processes that could easily have stretched out…
And we’ve managed to get through a significant part of that process in just a few months!
But the biggest news is that we’re now developing TWO locations simultaneously - DALLAS AND CHARLOTTE!
Instead of focusing all our efforts on building one property from scratch, we’re moving forward with two locations in parallel. And this work is focused on the properties themselves, on the most enjoyable part -the interiors of the villas, the pool areas, the pickleball and tennis courts, and of course, the tracks! This is the kind of work that’s truly enjoyable!
And if everything continues to go according to plan, I believe we have a real opportunity to open both locations around the same time, hopefully as early as next spring! That’s exactly what we’re aiming for.
Of course, there’s still a lot of work ahead and many details that need to be completed. But the progress we’ve made in such a short time is something I’m genuinely proud of.
I also want you to understand that there’s a lot of work happening behind the scenes. There are professionals, engineers, contractors, and other specialists involved in this process, helping bring everything we’ve envisioned to life.
I’m currently expanding my team, and at the beginning of next month, we’ll start making mini-reports for you. I’m bringing someone onto the team who will be covering many aspects of the process and sharing them with you.

We haven’t changed our dream or our vision. We’ve simply found a much faster way to bring them to life.

And remember guys, we started this journey not that long ago, just this year!
I genuinely love what we’re creating together. To me, this club is much more than just a business. I want to create something special, something that each of you will be happy to be part of and truly proud of.

ApexHaus - MAJOR UPGRADE

Hey guys, hello everyone, Alex here.
And I want to share a big update with you about ApexHaus and tell you a little about where we are going now. And how much we are changing during the process of making this project real.
When we started this project, the original idea was to buy land and build every location completely from scratch. And I still really like the concept we created. It is amazing, and we are keeping this development path for some states.
But recently, after going through the real process of finding land, approvals, permits and design, it became clear that this way takes too much time. This way makes sense when we already have open locations, working locations, and we can develop new ones in parallel.
Yes, you can spend around one year just on land, permits and preparing for construction. And after that, at least another year to build the villa and the whole property.
To be honest… for me, this is too long. Maybe I just don’t know how to wait, but I’m sure there are people among you who also don’t like waiting☺️
I don’t want to spend several years telling you what ApexHaus is going to be. I want us to open real places now, today, tomorrow… I want you to be able to come there, spend time, drive on our tracks, relax with friends and see how this project is growing. To use everything we create and actually use your membership!
So we changed our approach a little! It didn’t become worse. No! The opposite!
Instead of starting every time with an empty piece of land, we decided to find and buy really cool, new villas with large properties, that already match the ApexHaus level by themselves. And then around them, we will create everything we originally planned.
A big pool area with a pool house and BBQ.
Tennis and pickleball.
Garage and automotive infrastructure.
Relaxation areas.
And of course!
Most importantly!
Our own racing and karting tracks, with layouts inspired by real Formula racing circuits and adapted specifically to the land of every location. Every individual villa!
The idea of ApexHaus is not getting smaller. The opposite. This approach allows us to make it real much faster and start opening new locations one after another.
And today, for the first time, I can tell you about one of them. Let us introduce:
DALLAS (Brownsboro), TEXAS
We bought a new, amazing villa in East Texas. It is around 60+ miles from Dallas and about 20 miles from Tyler. The place is really amazing. Very beautiful!
A large new villa, many bedrooms, a huge property, mature pine trees, green lawns, a very beautiful long driveway to the house and, most importantly for us, enough land to build the entire ApexHaus concept exactly the way we see it. The way you guys liked it!
And this is not just an idea anymore or a piece of land that we will maybe start developing someday.
THE VILLA IS PURCHASED!
We already started designing the property, and right now we are getting ready to begin the first land work for building the racing track between the huge old pine trees! Yes, it is very beautiful))
At the same time, we are designing and working on the pool, pool house, tennis court, relaxation areas, garage area and everything else on the property.
Very soon I will start showing you the villa itself, the land, the first plans and exactly what we are going to build there.
But Texas is only one part of this big update.
At the same time, we continue moving forward with Charlotte. Our special location. The place where everything started.
I don’t want to share all the details yet because there will be a separate Charlotte update very soon.
I will only say one thing:
It will be just as exciting.
It will be cool!
And most importantly, our goal now is for Charlotte and Texas to move forward in parallel and open around the same time. Yes, not one location, but two locations together!
For me, this is probably the most important result of changing our strategy.
We are not building one location and then another anymore. We are working on many locations at the same time! We are building the Apex network.
Charlotte and Texas will become the first two locations of this new model!
And after that, we want to continue buying new properties and adding new locations every few months.
Some places will have a completely different house. Some will have different nature, a different track and a different character. Every location will be different! Unique in its own way!
But the idea will always be the same.
ApexHaus is a place where you want to come for a few days. A place with a beautiful villa, cars, a track, sports, friends and active lifestyle.
And guys, it is especially great for me to write this to those of you who bought your membership at the very beginning, when most of what we were talking about existed only as a concept and renderings…
Now everything is starting to become real. The work is happening.
I’m not a blogger, but I will try to share more photos, stories and videos with you.
Very soon I will show you Texas in much more detail.
