We had the opportunity to visit the ModMax facility in Fayetteville, TN today and see the modular home building process up close.

It’s truly an incredible operation. Watching their team build two to three homes per day inside the factory—with such precision and efficiency—was impressive to say the least.

What many people don’t realize is that these modular homes are built using the same materials and construction standards as traditional site-built homes—sometimes even better—just in a highly controlled factory environment.

From the owner and staff to the facilities and overall operations, everything about ModMax left us inspired. The future of homebuilding is efficient, innovative, and bright. ✨
