Mornings at Brampton 1860 hit a little different.Maybe it’s the sunshine sliding across the gardens, or the birds warming up their morning playlist, or that first whiff of freshly brewed coffee drifting under your door — the one that convinces even the sleepiest soul to wander downstairs.
By the time you reach the dining room, the real magic is happening: flaky pastries coming out of the oven, Langenfelder bacon doing its sizzle‑and‑sing thing, and someone inevitably asking, “Is it Benny Day?” That’s one of my favorite days!
Sweet or savory, light or indulgent, garden‑fresh or maple‑kissed — breakfast here is our love language. And we serve it with joy, local ingredients, and just enough temptation to make you linger a little longer.
Come hungry. Leave happy. And if you hear laughter coming from the kitchen… that’s just us plotting tomorrow’s menu. (and I threw in a gratuitous cat picture for fun.)
