Out target renters are longer term starting at 2 wks to longer term.

2 - 9 mth lease options possible. 650.00 1person, 2 people 700.00 month. Includes self dump station, trash, water and electric. We push recycling & have a place to deposit it or trash will cost you. Pets ok in your own site area.
Winter possible but will be higher to do electricity costs.

We are not open yet! Gravel delivery for pads is set up for 10days and water not hooked up yet. Had a renter stick me , yes I’m smearing her name (Nikki Bolte) that didn’t pay her electric bill so unable to open new electric service until that is paid 2500.00
