Welcome to Rockin' Ray Ranch B&B!!
Spacious country home with two private guest rooms, opposite the Master Suite/Host and Hostess quarters. Each Guest Room has space for a pack and play and toddler bed, you provide the pack and play, we provide the toddler bed. PLEASE request toddler bed when making your reservation.
Have a large party, and need more sleeping space than the two Guest Rooms? We have comfy portable beds, additional fee of $30 per night/per bed, which can be placed in the common areas at nighttime. Rental of portable beds/use of common area for sleeping ONLY available when booking with one party/group renting both Guest Rooms.
TONS OF AMENITIES!
Guests will enjoy super comfy queen size beds with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, luxurious 800 - 1100 thread count Egyptian cotton, or sateen, sheets.
WIFI/TV: Wi-fi available. Each Guest Room has a 43 in ROKU Smart TV, Game Room has 43 in TV with ROKU, Living Room has 65 in Smart TV! Antenna TV, Amazon Prime with hundreds of free Prime Time TV episodes, Amazon Original Series, and tons of movies; CBS All Access, or any channel available via internet! Additional Movies and TV shows available for a fee.
BATH FACILITIES: Large guest bath with tub and shower, double vanity, and lots of drawer space available. Each Guest Room is assigned its own sink and set of drawers. Powder bath also available! Master Bath with whirlpool bath tub available for events, pre-arrangement, or when we have a large party with guests sleeping in common areas...a “full house”. Soft, luxurious bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in both men’s and women’s fragrances. Blow dryer, flat irons, and curling irons available.
DINING: FREE continental breakfast. And, you can take advantage of scrumptious host prepared lunch or dinner (additional fee, 24 hours notice, please!). Sit on the patio with coffee, or a meal, and watch the horses graze or see hummingbirds feeding. Feed the horses a treat through the fence!
Guests are welcome to use the HUGE, fully equipped, kitchen, including: microwave, 2 full-size ovens and countertop oven, bread maker, HealthMaster blender, Sunbeam stand mixer, fridge and freezer; propane BBQ grill also available. Each Guest Room is assigned its own shelf in the fridge, and one in the freezer! Have a large party, no worries!! We have two large fridge/freezers!
Guests have access to laundry facilities/iron and ironing board, and steamer.
GAME ROOM: Pub table seats 4 (8 if you don’t mind “odd size” chairs), bar size pool table, dart board, and board games available. No need to miss your workout! Treadmill, recumbent bike, and bow-flex available.

Invite your friends/family out to shoot pool, have a meal/BBQ, or just visit!
Have a “Pasture Party” with a bonfire (weather permitting),

We can host/seat 50 - 60 people indoors, even more outdoors!
If you wish to host a party, please make arrangements when you make your reservation!
LADIES: Enjoy an in-room massage, detox treatment, facial, or skin energizing ultrasound facial. Get a new set of eyelash extensions (permanent, semi-permanent or temporary), or a lash extension fill.
And, last, but certainly not least: horseback riding experience for anyone! Our grandkids, ages 1 to 7 years old, ride our horses!
