I'm Abby, the proud owner and founder of Sweetgum Manor – Cincinnati's first-ever social sanctuary. From the moment I discovered this unique property, nestled within the heart of the city, I knew I had to transform it into an urban oasis to share with others. Originally from NYC, I now call Cincinnati home, where I run my marketing and branding company, Neon Butterfly. Having lived here for quite

some time, I've fallen in love with the city and its vibrant community. My passion for creating welcoming spaces led me to pour my heart into renovating and designing Sweetgum Manor, a historic gem. My goal is to fill this space with peace, warmth, and a sense of community, and I am thrilled to welcome guests to experience its charm and serenity. About Sweetgum Manor's Rental Space:
Welcome to Sweetgum Manor, your tranquil retreat in Cincinnati, Ohio! Perfect for traveling professionals or students seeking a quiet, lush escape, our property offers a serene environment ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. We offer two rental options for ultimate flexibility: rent the entire space or opt for a private room while sharing common areas with like-minded, thoroughly screened individuals. This rental section of the home features a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite, complete with a cozy living area and access to a fully renovated kitchen in the basement lounge. To ensure guest privacy, there is a dedicated entrance for renters. Important Notes: Owners reside in a separate part of the home. Not suitable for children due to the shared space. Guests must walk up one flight of stairs. We look forward to welcoming you to Sweetgum Manor, where you can unwind and feel right at home.
