Hello Happy Campers! We are taking reservations left and right…so make your reservations in advance as soon as possible and are booking up this Summer. HOWEVER…if you have a party of 3 or more on your campsite…you must call to get approved for any more than that. We are a QUIET park where people come for relaxation, seclusion and therefore we limit the number of people for each site. And yes…this includes children. We aren’t an adult only park but DO limit the number of children in the park due to the disturbances and destruction that we have unfortunately encountered these last few years because of bad parenting. (Cutting down trees which landed on power line and started a forest fire, screaming kids that would run amuck between campers wanting peace, trash throwing, rocks thrown into vehicles and so much more). That being said..do NOT show up with more than the number of guests (children) that you listed while online booking unless you call to get the approval for more than 3 people. If you do, you will be turned away with no refund. It’s sad that it’s come to this…but this RV park is where you come for serenity. We will continue to always maintain this for our guests. 🌲🌹🌲

Our RV Park and Campground

We opened in July 1987, 15 miles Northeast of Cloudcroft. We provide 20 spaces, all with 30 amp electric, ice and water. 16 of the 20 spaces have sewer. In addition, a dump station, 2 bathrooms/showers and laundry facilities are available for the comfort and convenience of our guests.

We are proud of the peace, quiet and serenity that cannot be found in other RV parks.

The altitude of the park is 7600 feet, so all guests can be assured of cool, comfortable daytime temperatures and even cooler night temps. Summer days are warm enough for shorts and short sleeves; however, a jacket and warmer clothing should be brought since a mountain shower can chill the air.

We are surrounded by the beautiful Lincoln National Forest. Hiking in and around the RV Park is welcomed. Further, our guests are entertained by watching many species of birds, as well as other wildlife. Game animals likely to be seen from the park include, deer, bear, ducks and wild turkeys. Nature lovers and artists enjoy our beautiful scenery and vivid plant life. Wild flowers grow abundantly in the area.
