A little bit of a rant here. When your guest leaves you a 4 star review because there's no coffee or tea! This guest was here for 2 nights. How she could've missed it... I don't know.
Even more disappointing, airbnb sided with her and claims it's not inaccurate. On our listing it says there's a tea kettle. But there's actually also a coffeemaker. In addition there's of course coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. Airbnb is loosing the relationship with their hosts. So please, just book directly through us. That will save you dollars also.
Would like to add, that it might not seem like a big deal, but I don't want potential guests to think we don't have these amenities.
