🎬 Two brothers from the Flathead Reservation are documenting Glacier's iconic Going-to-the-Sun Road in a new feature film.

Jordan and Logan Lefler's "Journey to the Sun" captures the road's Indigenous history, its dangerous 1920s construction, and the heroic crews who plow through house-high snowdrifts each spring to reopen it.

The documentary premieres next June with Montana PBS.

Glacier National Park officials closed part of the alpine section of the Going-to-the-Sun Road for the season on Tuesday afternoon with snow and icy conditions blanketing Logan Pass. Visitors can still drive from the West Entrance to Avalanche Creek, or on the east side from St. Mary to Rising Sun.....
