Heads up, Mornings at the River families! The Missouri River is running high at Cooper's Landing right now and honestly, it's pretty incredible to see. If you're traveling River Road from Easley, you'll notice the river is right up alongside the road. The water has risen into the sandy picnic table area, so we'll have that section coned off when you arrive.

Tomorrow's water level at the Jefferson City gauge is sitting at 23.5 feet and very slowly dropping. We are absolutely still hosting Mornings at the River, we just wanted you to know what to expect when you show up.

Missouri River Relief offers free, family-friendly catfishing lessons and a Catfishing Gear Library in Mid-Missouri. Held primarily at Cooper's Landing Riverside Resort & Marina in Columbia, MO, these beginner-friendly sessions provide all rods, bait, and hands-on guidance from seasoned instructors at no cost.
