🛑 On the Road with Public Works 🛑

Our Public Works Road Department was hard at work in Stonyford yesterday repainting faded STOP pavement markings to help improve visibility and keep our roads safe.

Our paint crew has been busy making sure school zones are clearly marked in preparation for the upcoming school year around the County, helping create a safer environment for students, parents, and motorists. Now that the school areas are complete, crews will continue working through other outlying areas of the county to refresh worn pavement markings.

Thank you to our dedicated Public Works team for their continued commitment to keeping Colusa County's roads safe for everyone!

Back in April, while kids were enjoying Spring Break, our Public Works crews were out freshening up school zone markings throughout the community so everything would be ready when students returned to school!

Crews repainted school zone markings to help improve visibility and keep our school zones safe for students, parents, and drivers.

Thank you to our hardworking crews for continuing to keep our community safe and looking its best!
