This week, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who quietly keeps our operation running smoothly in more ways than one – Rick Desai.

Rick serves as our Facilities Manager across the Rise portfolio, and his dedication shows up in the details guests never see but always feel: well-maintained spaces, timely repairs, and a constant focus on safety and quality. On top of that, Rick is also a partial owner of one of our properties, giving him a unique perspective that blends hands-on operations with long-term investment in our success.

Rick is the person you can count on to roll up his sleeves, solve the problem in front of him, and still crack a smile while doing it. His work ethic, integrity, and commitment to our hotels and teams make a real impact every single day.

And because great timing is everything in hospitality… today also happens to be Rick’s birthday. Please help us wish him a very happy birthday and thank him for everything he does to support our teams and our guests!
