Hi Everyone : ) It's Sarah here and I have rooms for rent : ) I have a large bedroom (24 x 10), and two smaller rooms (12x10 and 13 x 9) all furnished with TV and wifi. You'd be sharing space with anyone else who is renting a room, myself, my husband and our roommate. We reside away from the guest rooms. The kitchen is open and available 24/7, as well as the shower. All common areas (living room, dining room, back yard, patio...) all accessible 24/7. I only ask that in the area where the bedrooms are to keep the noise to a minimum at night out of respect to other guests. I had a great season with my Airbnb : ) Started with one room and now have three : ) I am looking into trying to Co-host for other Airbnb hosts in the area and thought I'd throw the idea out there. I have a co-host and would NOT know what to do without him. If you need help with any aspect of co-hosting like keeping up with scheduling, requests, bookings, or anything else please let me know.
