The response to our Airbnb announcement has brought so many new people here, so we wanted to share a little about why Oakwood Retreat exists.

We didn’t create this place just to build cabins in the woods.

We created it because life feels overwhelming sometimes.

Constant noise. Screens. Stress. Pressure. Schedules.

Somewhere along the way, many of us forgot how important it is to slow down.

Oakwood Retreat was built to be a place where people can reconnect — with nature, with the people they love, and with themselves.
