The local foxes have become regular visitors at Stargazer Vacation, casually wandering through the property and checking things out like they’re part of the management team. 😂

Wildlife sightings are one of those unexpected little moments that make staying near Sedona and experiencing Northern Arizona so special.

We never know exactly when they’ll appear—but we definitely stop whatever we’re doing when they do. ✨

Just another day exploring Northern Arizona. 🌋🛞

We traded Sedona’s red rocks for the volcanic landscape of the Cinder Hills OHV Area near Flagstaff—and brought the drone along for the adventure.

Exploring these wide-open Jeep trails surrounded by cinder cones and Northern Arizona scenery feels like driving through an entirely different world.

If you’re planning a Sedona vacation and love off-roading, Cinder Hills makes an incredible Flagstaff day trip and another reminder that there is SO much to explore beyond the red rocks.

The best Arizona adventures usually start where the pavement ends. ❤️

Behind every beautiful vacation rental photo is somebody holding a wrench. 😂🔧

Today that somebody is Sean, tackling a shower repair at one of our shipping container stays near Sedona.

Stargazer Vacation is family owned and operated, and we’re very hands-on with our properties—from hosting our guests and improving the homes to fixing the things that inevitably decide to break.

It may not be the glamorous side of vacation rentals, but taking care of these places ourselves is a big part of taking care of the people who stay in them. ❤️

And yes… I apparently married the maintenance department.

Last night’s view from the Log Cabin. 🌈🌅✨

A little rain rolled through Northern Arizona, the clouds began to clear, and then Sedona gave us one of those evenings that makes everyone stop what they’re doing and look up.

Rainbows, glowing skies and an incredible sunset right over our peaceful Log Cabin property near Sedona and Oak Creek.

Sometimes Mother Nature provides the best amenity of all. ❤️

One of our favorite little surprises at the Stargazer Log Cabin & Bunkhouse property is the orchard—and right now the peaches and pears are getting ready!

Tucked away near Sedona in the Verde Valley, this property feels worlds away from the desert landscape most people picture when they think of Northern Arizona.

Green pastures, mature trees, an orchard, private Oak Creek access and a cozy log cabin to come home to after a day exploring Sedona. 🌿

Sometimes the best vacation amenities aren’t the ones you expect. ❤️

Today we’re feeling especially grateful—for this beautiful place we get to call home, for another long weekend to explore Sedona, and for all of the guests who choose to spend their getaways with us.
