The cattle are primarily a mix of Hereford and Corriente. The herd has continuous access to pasture during the warm months and is fed grass hay during the winter.

Farm, Feathers and Fun - this July after a two year hiatus we are back in action. Farm camp will be open the weeks of July 26-30 and August 16-20. During this fun filled, action packed program, kids will learn about life on the farm through a variety of hands-on, science based activities. Activities include feeding chicks and sheep, making cheese and ice cream, planting seeds, harvesting vegetables, extracting DNA, making slime, observing organisms in pond water and soil, STEM projects and more. The weekly program runs from 9-1, Monday through Friday. Space is limited so if you're interested email Susan at [email protected]
