More improvements for 2026! A Beach Attitude is wall to wall carpet free! CMI Home Design Studio replaced 2nd floor flooring and stair treads. Pics of 2nd floor hallway & stairs and master bedroom below. OBXperts Pool & Spa resurfaced the pool. We will share pics of the pool when we open it in the spring.

Before and after pics of our renovations showing the transformation. Shout out to CMI Home Design Studio. Nadim and Shah supported us throughout the entire project including not only design, demo and build but also addressing hidden issues that popped up. Their communication (phone and video calls) throughout the project kept us fully informed while we couldn't be there. Quality work and on schedule project completion appreciated.
