Friday's Fish Fry was the perfect way to say see you later to our last remaining Winter Texans.

We appreciate everyone who joined us for a fun evening filled with great food, good company, and lots of laughs. THANK YOU to all who helped fry fish, brought side dishes and desserts, lent a hand with cleanup, and helped make the night a success.

One of the best parts of life at Colonia del Rey RV Park is coming together as a community, and Friday night was another great reminder of that. Safe travels to those heading out, and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

As the season comes to an end, we just want to say thank you to all our Winter Texans for spending it with us here at Colonia del Rey RV Park 💛

🐟 Thank You for a Wonderful Fish Fry! 🐟

A big thank you to our wonderful seasonal residents who hosted the Wednesday Fish Fry at Colonia del Rey! The fish was delicious, the food was plentiful, and it was such a great evening together.
We truly appreciate the time and effort that went into making it such a special gathering for everyone.
Thank you for sharing your cooking and hospitality with us all. We loved it! 😃

Our Winter Texans brought their best recipes to the Chili Cook-Off and the flavors did not disappoint! Congratulations to our 🥇1st, 🥈2nd, and 🥉3rd place winners- and a big thank you to everyone who cooked, tasted, cleaned, and joined in on the fun.
