We have been approved to allow skid built mini homes on lots ❤️❤️ they can either be on a chassis or built on skids … must be plumbed the same as a camper …. providing pictures below for a few examples of different styles . Come spring we will have at least 4 full size lots available, 50 amp with water hook ups and about 100 yards from your potential boat dock, jet ski dock and kayak launch/kayak racks.
