Exciting news!
My recipe for Spicy Butternut Squash Soup with Sweet Corn Ice Cream has been selected for publication in the August–October issue of Edible Central Arizona.
I created this dish for an immersive dining experience I hosted at High Desert Vista. Inspired by Arizona's late-summer harvest, this dish combines roasted butternut squash, sweet corn ice cream, and toppings reminiscent of Mexican street corn. (And yes, the photo in the magazine will be better than this one from my files!)
I'm honored to be included in a publication that celebrates the farmers, chefs, artisans, and makers who help define Central Arizona's food culture.
