Shoutout to these local businesses — we gratefully utilize their goods and services:

• Downs TV & Appliance (Veedersburg, Indiana) — delivered, installed our refrigerator, range, over-the-range microwave, and washer/dryer set.

• TriStar Heating & Cooling (Covington, Indiana) — currently installing HVAC for Tiny Home No. 5.

• D&S Powell — (Covington, Indiana) just completed more excavating/dirtwork, so we can eventually grow a yard in between homes.

As promised, we’re hosting a “First Look” Open House of Tiny Home No. 4, our first completed tiny home — to allow guests to get a feel for the size of these small dwellings, in real life!

This unfurnished home is 2 bedroom (1 bed, 1 walk-in closet), 1 bathroom, 640ft² with a covered front porch, and 120ft² back deck, overlooking the pond; LVP flooring; Ballet Slipper pink cabinets; stainless steel appliances; and gold fixtures.

We will post drone videos of the completed project, but this will be the only opportunity to see this tiny home, in-person!
