Walk 2 blocks from Camellia House B&B to take this wonderful carriage ride. Welcome Royal Carriages to historic old Covington. I am so excited to be able offer this to our guests !!

Royal Carriages is expanding to the Louisiana Northshore, St. Tammany Parish. Beginning November 6, carriages will travel through Old Covington while riders experience the rich history of the area and take in the local scene. Enjoy a 30-minute tour or ride for a full hour. Tours start at Marsolan's Feed and Seed Store, located next to the Covington Trailhead Museum. Adult tickets range from $20 to $40, children tickets are $10, and kids three and under ride for free. Brainchild of my cousin Jeff! This is awesome. For all of my fellow Louisianaiana’s this is a must. If you hunt, fish, boat, camp or hike this can be a lifesaver. Starts a fire no matter how wet it gets - even in our La. rainstorms!
I have Camellia House Bed and Breakfast in Covington, La and have several fire pits in my garden for guests use. Have always had lighters in sealed container by each fire pit for guest to light them and they get left out and ruined by rain or humidity. PROBLEM SOLVED!!
