Breaking News: Ron Wilson - former Air Force general, American Airlines captain, part-time NASA consultant, Snowbird Retreat owner, and legendary dishwasher at the Red Rooster Retreat (where the ladies still swoon over his legs) just annihilated the first event at the 2025 CrossFit Games, taking 1st place! After Day 1, he’s sitting pretty in 2nd overall. Go Ron! The only man who can parallel park a jet, bench-press a rocket, and scrub a skillet all before breakfast. Chuck Norris will be calling you for advice. The man is literally running off jet fuel and dish soap! 😂🔥
