Come experience the park in the dark! Join us on April 3rd for a guided hike under the Pink Moon. We'll be meeting at the Grafton Lakes Welcome Center at 7:30pm and departing soon afterwards. Flashlights will be provided, but please make sure to bring warm clothes and shoes for the mud! Registration is mandatory, as we have limited spots to available to ensure a safe and positive experience. Registration is for ages 12+ and is $5 per person, please call 518-279-1155 to register.

Starting in November we will be having weekly hikes around our ponds. These hikes will be guided and are completely free.

Come join an educator on a month long challenge to hike our 5 ponds this month! Our first meeting will meet at the Welcome Center at 9am before heading out for Long Pond. This trail is around 3 miles round trip and can be rocky. Registration is required at 518-279-1155.

*Note: The November Series is intended to have hikes with a maximum of 3 miles. Unfortunately, Martin-Dunham Reservoir is 6 miles round trip and would not be accessible for this series. We look forward to more hikes here in the future! Additionally we did have the Martin-Dunham Reservoir included in September-October Hiking Challenge Series.

What is this week's Movie Night at Grafton Lakes State Park?

This movie features an eccentric familia from Columbia who each have their own special powers. It's filled with bright colors, exciting adventures and enchanting music.

First ceremony went off Friday June 20th 2025, with only the intended “hitch”.
