🌟 Friday Five with Purpose Driven Stays! 🌟

This week, Jen is sharing 5 things she learned while on vacation! 🏖️ Sometimes, stepping away from work gives us a fresh perspective and reminds us of what truly matters.

✨ Here are Jen’s 5 takeaways:

1️⃣ People can be extra nice on vacation. A little kindness goes a long way! ❤️

2️⃣ Making memories matters. At the end of the day, it’s the experiences and moments with the people we love that we remember most. 🥰

3️⃣ Not everyone is patient when they’re on vacation. While some people are relaxing, others can be a little more demanding. It’s a good reminder to lead with grace and understanding.

4️⃣ I have an amazing team! 🙌 Being away reminded Jen just how grateful she is for the team that keeps everything running. She couldn’t do it without them!

5️⃣ Even people in the vacation industry need a break. 🏝️ We spend so much time helping others create wonderful vacation memories that sometimes we forget to make time for ourselves, too.

A little reminder that rest is important, memories are priceless, and a great team makes all the difference. ❤️

Here are 3 things that work for us:
✨ Send check-in instructions ahead of time. No one wants to be figuring out how to get inside after a long drive!
✨ Be proactive, not reactive. Share important details before guests have to ask.
✨ Make it easy to reach you. Guests appreciate knowing there’s someone ready to help if they need anything.
